To send a new reading later down the line: If you need to update the reading and it’s been longer than a day since you sent us the wrong one, please get in touch via the Help centre. Then we’ll update your energy account with the new reading. To send a new reading on the same day: just send us a new reading in the same way as you did earlier, before midnight on the same day.
